Arcadia Townhouses are located in the West Loop neighborhood of Chicago. The townhouses are designed to make the most use of a long, narrow infill city lot by facing outward and maximizing the dramatic city views with roof decks. Precast concrete panels and shop-built steel bays kept costs low by reducing the construction time.
