Hispanic Housing Development Corporation is a non-profit organization that creates affordable housing in Chicago’s Latino neighborhoods. Hispanic Housing Home Pride consists of 11 single family homes, 13 two flats and 10 three flats for a total of 67 units that are scattered throughout the areas bounded by Diversey Avenue, California Avenue, Austin Avenue and the Dan Ryan Expressway. Units have floor to ceiling windows and spacious roof decks.
