The Lawndale Restoration Project consists of a significant renovation of three Chicago Style 3-wythe brick masonry bearing and wood frame apartment buildings. All three buildings were upgraded with new iron fences, porches, to be repaired or replaced as needed to meet City of Chicago code, new trash enclosures at the rear, new high efficiency windows, new storefront entries, all new finishes, all new rehabbed bathrooms and kitchens, and new laundry rooms in the basement. In addition, the heating system at 3123 W. Douglas was upgraded to individual forced air furnaces, and at 3700 W. Douglass, the adjacent lot was landscaped and beautified for the tenants use.
