This 4-unit project is affordable housing for grandparents raising their grandchildren.

The townhome building type allows for each unit to have a semi-private porch and access to a protected, shared outside play area and garden.

Each unit has a fully accessible ground floor with an open and flexible living and dining arrangement and a grandparents bedroom with a full bath. Three large kids’ bedrooms are located on the second level with a shared hall study space.

The building has large windows to maximize natural light and ventilation. Numerous green and sustainable strategies will also be incorporated including green roofs.
